My wishlist for E3 this year is Metroid and Animal Crossing after the recent amiibo leak I think it's safe to say Animal Crossing Wii U is coming,do you think we will see any Metroid game this year?

I'm thinking a situation similar to Prime-Fusion, where one is a 3D Metroid on home console and the other is a 2D Metroid on handheld. They've said they want to do this, so we'll see.

But if not, then I think at least one is fairly likely.

Well, which Smash Bros. franchises haven't had a Wii U game announced yet? Punch-out, Kid Icarus, F-Zero, Metroid, Duck Hunt and Mother. Out of those, I would definitely say that Metroid is the most likely.
