Either way, interesting. Nintendo has been doing good for its japanese market, when we consider that both of their systems are selling *decently* in Japan, instead of *horribad* compared to the West.

In short, WU sold 618k in 2014. WU is up YOY. that's mean, is going to sell probabily more than 618k in 2015.

GC in 2004 sold 608k. So, WU in 2015 > WU in 2014 > GC in 2004.

2004 is the equivalent of 2015 for WU, like 2014 is the equivalent of 2003, 2013 to 2002, and 2012 with 2001.

What i want say is that in Europe and Japan, the numbers are not so difference, WU can easy beat GC in Europe and Japan.

The problem is the US, where GC was strong.

We are just talking one year though. In order for Wii-U to beat Gamecuve in Japan it would have to more than double the sales it has so far, so that's unlikely to happen.

WU is going to sell around 2.8-3 million by end of this year... That's say, GC sold 4 million lt.

Another 1 million for WU by 2016... not so unluky imo. depend when the new home will release. 2016 is not the home time. Is withouth doubt the handheld, or even nothing.

Let me said:

2017: WU will not beat GC.

2018: WU will beat GC.

Poor taste in cusomers is the bigger shame.

The Gamecube and Wii U both have amazing libraries.  Anyone who didn't experience the gamecube or doesn't have a Wii U right now is really missing out.  It's a shame
