oh you dont got to tell me, but one has to wonder why people torture themselves like this, by knowing that the chance of Wii U getting any kind of fighter is super slim unless its on VC

Since it's unlikely that they'd have many Nintendo franchises but only Street Fighter from Capcom's side, I said "[Nintendo franchise]" because you really kind of need to specify a franchise. Mario? Zelda? Punch Out? Animal Crossing? Fire Emblem? If it had to be one, what would you pick?

Now that I think about it, they could use F-Zero, and expand the F-Zero franchise to include both Fighting and Racing games (kind of makes sense, given the universe it's set in) - F-Zero characters would fit in really well with Street Fighter characters.

All of a sudden, I really want an F-Zero fighter.


No idea, though I'd probably say Mario or all of them with Street Fighter. Probably would be a fighting game or to has fighting to some extent, but I would like to see something completely new

I really enjoyed the original. Was easier to play than most fighters but still somewhat competitive.

My guess is Nintendo and Capcom signed a deal regarding Monster Hunter, but it doesn't have any iconic characters so they just put Ryu in Smash instead to strenghten the partnership somehow.
