The problem I have with Rage (which I have, and beated it), is that it's very linear and offers very little replayability. And the ending sucks! It gave me the impression that it was incomplete.

Oh, it definitely was incomplete.  The "final boss" had me totally perplexed.  But I didn't think the gameplay or even the world were bad, they just weren't what we were promised and probably not worth $60 at release.  It felt like a, "we're a legendary studio so you should be satisfied with what we give you," kind of thing.  Rage 2 was definitely supposed to happen.  I think I paid $15 for the game, though, and I thought it was worth that for sure.

I got it for 5 € from Steam .

Yeah, it's very clear that a Rage 2 was in the plans. And to me, Borderlands is better in every aspect.

Borderlands and Rage aren't even in the same league.  Borderlands is so much better than Rage that it might even be one of the reasons they gave up on the IP.

Goodness.  I almost envy you for the many Fallout-filled hours ahead of you.  

Ok, count me officially surprised: I still haven't found what I'm looking for bought anything. Not a single thing.

This is kind of depressing.

And since we started talking about the cards, I only get cards that I already have so... someone wanna trade? I'm looking for Sigmond and I can trade it for Dominc(x3), Blitzkrieg or Cerulean Carmouth.

No! Just because you've bought it, doesn't mean that I should buy it too.

And on a more serious note, I'm going to pass for now. The game looks good, and pretty, and also... let's say "mystical", but when I try those kinds of books, movies or games, I can't quite get into them, which in a game is one of the worst things that can happen.

One day I'll give it a try, but only when it comes down quite a bit more in price.

I couldn't resist.

Yesterday I bought War of the Overworld, which is basically an unofficial HD remake (or a spiritual successor? I'm still not sure) of one of my most favorite 90s franchises (Dungeon Keeper), for ~17€ (40% discount).

And the day before I bought Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition, which I never finished back in the day, maybe this time..., and FF III+IV, which are PC ports of the iOS ports of the DS remakes afaik, for ~20€.

Across all platforms this is the gen of remakes, remasters, ports, ports of ports, special/enhanced editions and spiritual (e.g. Satellite Reign => Syndicate) or real (e.g. Shenmue 3) successors to old franchises. And I won't lie: I like it.

Yet there's always room for more: With Grim Fandango RE already out and Day of the Tentacle SE already announced, I'm now hoping for a future announcement of Indiana Jones & the Fate of Atlantis SE (one of the best adventure games ever made imo).

Well, I finally bought my first game of the sales, Anno 1404 Gold.

The reveal of the new 2205 got me more interested in the franchise and 1404 was cheap enough to give it a try.
