PS4, ther is no week were isnt coming out a japanese game for the ps4

I think I`d go with PS4. Does the Wii U have anything during the summer? They need games to have a chance at winning against the PS4 o:

Oh, thanks for that ; ) I think it will be close too, but I think I`d give it to PS4. Maybe Yoshi can help fight it with the amiibo bundle?

Wii U. Assuming that there will be a couple factors. 1 being a limited edition Yarn Yoshi bundle in Japan.

PS4 easily, like the rest of the year, especially with Dragon Quest XI announcement at E3

I just realized that I never gave a proper response, lol.

Anyways, judging from the games being released on Wii U vs. games being released on PS4, I think the PS4 will win.

It will be close, but I'll go with Wii U, Splatoon was once more majorly sold out in Japan for its second week, so the game continues to have potential, Yoshi even though not that big, should help it to maintain itself. PS4 does have MGSV: PP in September, though the question is if it will be enough to eradicate any difference the Wii U put between the two. So with that in mind, I will say it will be close, but Wii U will shine at the end, though I do have to admit that with the Splatoon surprise, the Japanese market has shown to be a unpredictable one.

Well... there is one way I could say the Wii U would win for sure... Splatoon is Nintendo's game for the summer, so they are bound to release more commercials later on, and there is one trailer that they can use to make a hype-filled commercial to attract the market, and that is this:
