I guess the PS4, but we don't really know. Wii U going up this latest week was a big surprise. Splatoon sales went down and hardware goes up? That's a really good sign for the Wii U, sounds like the word of mouth is spreading. MGS5 is a huge game, but then again it's on PS3 too. When MGS4 released on PS3 sales went through the roof to something like 70k, but it went back to normal pretty quickly. FF is just an expansion, i don't see that having an impact.
We'll have a better idea in a couple weeks when we see where Wii U settles at, but i don't see the baseline being higher than PS4 though it could be close.

Because, like they said, they want to expand the IP to new gamers so E3 annoucement is the most logical thing to do for that

Maybe Wii U will win due to Splatoon.

All depends on E3 release dates tbh.

With Dragon Quest Heroes being shown, I wonder if there will be a DQXI announcement at E3. I would welcome it with my open wallet but I doubt they'll show 2 Dragon Quest games...know how Square Enix is in America. But if they show like a teaser trailer for it, that'd be cool.

Will be a close call, but I think PS4 may have an edge. But anyway, I'm happy with both sales atm, console sales are looking better in Japan than last year... at least in comparison to portables.
