Nintendo really should have worked out something for this to be F-Zero. Not that it would make the game better, it would just get way more hype and sales. F-Zero being one of the Nintendo IPs that is far from over-used, and the FAST IP being really lame so it's not like Shin'en is building up a great new brand.

Regardless, the game is beautiful and I'm sold.

The devs confirmed online modes and leaderboards.
They also confirmed that footage is coming this month and is releasing at the end of this year.

No tyre physics. Thats the trick. ;)

Shin'en promises, Shin'en delivers

Slightly Mad promises, maybe on the next console...

That said, this will have particle effects instead of tyre physics.

Can't compare those games.

But I just checked one thing. Shin'en never has done bullshots so far.
Official Nano Assault Neo shots are 720p and no AA for example.

If this is real screenshots again...

Das Spiel läuft aber in der finalen Version nur auf 720p@60fps, um so
eine stabile Framerate zu garantieren.

The screenshots are directly captured from the game engine in 1080p.
The final release of the game will run in 720p60 though to guarantee a stable frame rate.

I don't care if those pics are bs or not. If the final game comes close to it then I'm throwing my money down. Hell, I bought the first one on WiiWare and haven't even played it much. Time to stop partying on the weekends and buckle down to get some gaming done.
