I'm scared of upgrading. I like Windows 7.

It should be compatible, my laptop is much weaker :P. Do you have Windows 7 service pack 1 installed and is everything else up to date?

Great idea! Support for Windows 7 ends in 2020, support for Windows 8.1 ends in 2023. So they should message the users at the end of 2019/2022 with something like that? "Dear customer, remember Windows 10 which was released back in 2015? You could have gotten it for free the first year! But not anymore... haha!" |
Well maybe not like that... But I wouldn't mind some sort of a reminder at that point. Right now calling it important or even recommended though is a joke, an insult even. You simply don't mark important or recommended something that's 100% an ad. Ads in general aren't important or recommended, even if the product is free in some sense.
No, theres no big rush. Not sure wether to get it day 1 yet or not.
PS, PS2, Gameboy Advance, PS3, PSP, PS4, Xbox One
I'm in no rush to do this. I will wait till it's been confirmed to no end it's free. Or some major issue doesn't happened. BTW, I got no such icon in Windows 7.
Not seeing the icon on my laptop. I think it's too old though Microsoft said that the icon will appear for the rest of the computers once Win10 officially releases.
I really like Windows 7. I'm not sure I want to change.
I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
I just saw. I'm not sure if i will accept. I will have to think about it.
In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.
