When the Sony conference started I thought this will be a crazy good conference but then it went only to a normal one. I would say Sony and MS were pretty even. Sony has the VR advantage atm and they definitely push graphics much more, seems like this is some kind of a must for their studios or something.

The pace of their conference was amazing but they blew their load in the first 30 mins, people thought that they would continue or drop new exclusives but everything they showed was leaked or known in some way or form.

Microsofts shown games where all 2016/early 2017. What are the release dates for sonys games?

TLG in October I think, and the other is GT Sport.

Rest is in development.

?? And they "won". So no hint to Spider-Man's release date, or that game by the makers of heavy rain, or Sony bends game? What about God of war, and the game by gg that showed gameplay at e3 2015, kojimas game didn't have one? Was shemuna(or whatever it called) there? Did any of these games even have a hint about a date? Sounds like every single one is gunna be unreleased at the next e3, meanwhile every single game ms showed will be released by then.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

idc about winning E3. For me MS had a better conference. Because they showed games coming out this year and hardware. More exciting for me.

Sony was okay I felt. Bother were leaked though

When the Sony conference started I thought this will be a crazy good conference (but God of War looked too linear to me) but then it went only to a normal one. I would say Sony and MS were pretty even (but Sony will probably get praised much more). Sony has the VR advantage atm and they definitely push graphics much more, seems like this is some kind of a must for their studios or something.

Also a reason why Sony will probably increase the specs for theri new System. Their fans simply expect and demand that Sony will have the best graphics on consoles.

If they delay to match Microsoft or beat them it will be dumb because ms could boost x1 and not even have to delay

A lot of Developers already have Dev Kits thats where the specs came from and it was leaked that it was supposed to be released early 2017 pushing the Neo back would cost them a ton of money.

Neo is needed to showcase PSVR, the more they delay, the worse it is for PSVR.

If I can see my house in FH3 I will definitely buy it, the stage demo got really close in the Yarra Valley

If MS deliver on the promise of 4k native gaming then it will be a beast of a console, they just need to a competitive price point 499$ would be great.

The Scorpio as announced absolutely cannot deliver native 4k gaming. The 5.5 TF 480x is squarely positioned as an entry-level 1440p and VR GPU. Because everything is Windows 10 now Xbox won't get to the metal coding anyway, and we've seen from DF that in this generation the equivalent PC GPU for both the XB1 and PS4 get almost exactly the same performance (though PCs need better CPUs).

I mean the 8.6 TF AMD R9 Fury X card is not even a proper 4k card, with 512 GB/s bandwidth solely for the GPU on top of that. This is going to fall way short for that. So for 2015 games, the revered Anandtech writes:

Anandtech:

The bigger issue, I suppose, is that while the R9 Fury X is very fast, I don’t feel we’ve reached the point where 4K gaming on a single GPU is the best way to go; too often we still need to cut back on image quality to reach playable framerates. 4K is arguably still the domain of multi-GPU setups, meanwhile cards like the R9 Fury X and GTX 980 Ti are excellent cards for 2560x1440 gaming, or even 1080p gaming for owners who want to take advantage of the image quality improvements from Virtual Super Resolution.

It's a bit upsetting that they mislead people with their statements on 4k gaming cause it won't be native. Because of those lies the fact that the games will look awesome at sub 4k (e,g, 1440p upressed) will be lost to people. They needed to be more realistic.

They have something excellent but they're positioning it as something even better when it's not. 4k gaming from AMD will be Vega and much closer to 10 TF.

Sounds like bullshit. 4k gaming is easily possible with that GPU. Maybe not on maximum settings, maybe not 60FPS and maybe games that run on sub 4k but saying there won't be native 4k games is just wrong.
I've seen benchmarks for comparable GPUs and they are able to do 4k 30FPS just fine.

I think the unspoken highlight of E3 might be just how shit Infinite Warfare looks lol. Me and my friends thought it was a PS3 or PSVR game while they were showing it. Never mind how generic it looks. CoD is gonna die this year

I would love to see it crash and burn, because it does look like boiled shite, but it's COD, so millions of people will buy it day 1 regardless of how bad it is. They could put toxic waste in the case and it'd still sell out.
