Hmmm interesting, what era do you think they will focus on, maybe focus on the California 60s?

The success of GTA remains a mystery to me. Can't appreciate it.
Regardless of my personal feelings about the game, congrats to Rockstar.
This is a game that has actually sold that much without the help of bundles, that is truly insane.

Behemoth is probably the worst monster. Slim is the third best medic. I don't think you know what pay to win is. None of this DLC is broken. |

The latest PC Evolve tourney stats show the DLC monster picked 0 times, the DLC medic picked 0 times, the DLC trapper picked 0 times, the DLC support picked 6 out of almost 40 matches, and the DLC assault was actually picked 16 out of 33 matches.
There might be some iffy aspects to the game, such as the buffs or nerfs they have given individual characters or elements, but the DLC characters are honestly not that good and most certainly are not "pay to win".
Also: WWE has sold-in approximately 3 million, the NBA 2K franchise has sold-in nearly 7 million, and the Borderlands franchise sold-in 25 million units (with 8 million in fiscal 2015 alone). Take-Two said that for Borderlands: The Handsome Collection sales exceeded expectations with more than 20 percent coming from digital.

Great numbers for Borderlands, and 8 million units in fiscal 2015 surely means that both the PreSequel on last-gen and The Handsome Collection sold really well, even though they combined numbers for all.

I really enjoyed Vice City and San Andreas but imo GTA V is quite soulless and makes GTA IV's story and characters seem interesting in comparison.
Despite GTA V's huge commercial success I really hope that R* improves 3 things (among other smaller) in GTA VI.
1: Story: I want to want to 100% the game like i did in Vice City and San Andreas but GTA V's story was just "The Race to 100 million dollarz" and I stopped playing as soon as I finished the final heist.
2: Characters: Being able to choose between characters is perfectly fine but I don't want to be forced to control different protagonists. I think they're capable of making the characters far more interesting as well. I didn't sympathize with any of them.
3: Difficulty: I don't want it to be Grand Theft Auto-pilot, no but seriously, I can't remember dying a single time completing the campaign. Give me some memorable moments and "WASTED" like the series is known for.

I agree with all you said, but the bolded part is the most important thing here. Rockstar needs to follow the same route they took with RDR in this regard.
Kill one of every animal in the world, tame the rare horse breedS or even the hunt challenges were so cool.
Which means the guys who made GTAV are safe for now and the guys who made Evolve should probably start looking for a new job...
