Maybe Sony should change what they are doing if people are upset "all of a sudden..." 

If the product is not good, then people wil complain. Simple fact of life. 

Definitely. There are plenty of games to play. We haven't even heard release dates for No Man's Sky, Rime, The Witness, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, Let it Die, Soma and some of these other "smaller" games. PS4 has plenty of exclusives in the pipe for Q3/Q4 2015. 

Exactly how do they DESERVE negativity?

From what i see:
More exclusives than XB1
More games overall than XB1
More games in development than XB1
More games overall across the year than XB1

They also launched PS Now, are launching PS Vue, are giving us 6 free games a month, offer insanely good flash sales, attempt to compensate for events like the holiday DDOS outage, etc.

And subjectively -- they have a better UI, better features, and an overall better device.

What are you talking about? They obviously didn't accept it if it was removed less than one month of it's reveal. 

They might have taken the home console market, but apparently that comes at a cost. 

What cost exactly? Getting hate for not being the underdog?

I can see a little coming from those that bought into the PS4 and expected more out of Sony and I can see that being valid.

However I don't see there being a need to bring Xbox or MS into this tbh, not when people are claiming PS4 won/is the best, there's no need to shift hate focus on MS because Sony isn't delivering on what you want, you need to shift the voices to Sony.

I say this because it's obvious that the little tiny spat of negativity on her about Sony gets a mention but no one bothers to point out that MS/Nintendo/PC are always getting bad news, any good news is instantly snubbed out by those who were never invested and the those that claim themselves as victors, I dunno I just feel it every day on here, I definitely felt that small Sony negativity but I feel negativity to the other platforms so much more on a daily basis, I even made two threads recently to get my mind off it.

Cost you say? Did they made a FPS game deal with a company and then gave it away? Did they reduced they price to match competitor? I see no cost. And its still selling at its original price.

the order has 63 on metacritic.  i think the people who were negative befoe launch were right...

and E3 will be 3rd party CGI trailers at the sony event, nobody likes those...
