Of course not silly. I know it for a fact

Chances are Brady would still lose if this went to court. This isn't a criminal trial. They don't need proof beyond a reasonable doubt because they're not throwing Brady in jail. The standard of proof here is a balance of probabilities (i.e., "Is it more likely than not...") which is the burden of proof for civil cases so it would also be appopriate for non-criminal sports investigations. And as per the investigation, it was more probable than not that Brady was aware of what was going on.

This is more than just Brady cheating. They gave a fine to the Pats and took away their picks. Plus, I would have to read the NFL's report to know exactly why they suspended him. Sorry, but none of us can do that right now.
On a different note, the four game suspension is equal to the number of game suspensions given out for being caught abusing marijuana twice.

Buffalo, Miami and the Jets? They will still win that division even if they are 0-4 when Brady comes back.
I'm a Seahawks fan and honestly I'm conflicted on this. The team deserves the fine and draft picks being lost, but for Brady himself I'm not sure what to think. Considering how they usually give such weak punishments to other, much more serious offenses, this doesn't necessarily seem fair especially since we don't know how big his involvement was in this case. A 1-2 games suspension would make more sense to me.
