Forums - Gaming - Bethesda will announce a multiplat (but sadly also crossgen) RPG at E3.

Bethesda does have a spotty record with PS3 - all the folks shocked by 'broken games' this gen apparently didn't play Bethesda's games on PS3. They were eventually patched and work fine, but just don't expect this new game to be fully functional at launch for that pkatform.

Its too bad that they won't put their rpgs on Wii U. Its fine though I don't think that whatever they make will top XCX.

Sure they can but The vastly majority of them dont support new polygon models. no one has time remaking the game for free.

I actually have a lot of mods that do just that for Skyrim.  New armors, weapons, plants, almost all static meshes in the game have been replaced, character models, etc.  It really looks like an entirely new game after you replace the terrible vanilla textures and meshes.

Its new costumes not the same ones being remade. And if, its obviously because its skyrim the most popular open world game on pc, having the biggest modding community

It's both actually.  There are very few vanilla assets left in my install, including meshes.  Skyrim has a huge modding community, but so do FO3 and NV.   I have no doubt that modders will be able to bring the PC version of a crossgen Fallout 4 into the modern world (even though it will take years).

Oh really? Apparently when I played Skyrim on PS3 it didn't run like this.

Apparently when I played Fallout New Vegas it didn't run like this.

P.S. Your comment is bull.

I had very little problems with Fallout 3 on 360 and Skyrim on PS3. I disagree. Skyrim is the best game of all time! I did play New Vegas and it was one of the buggiest games I have played. Most of the bugs were funny as shit! Thing is that game was not developed by Bethesda!

Response was pretty typical of what I would expect.

1.) It didn't happen to me so therefore doesn't exist.

2.) Bugs are funny and not a problem. Ok then.

Last post in response to this guy I promise. Don't want to derail.

(This announcement is likely Fallout 4).

It has to be something of the caliber of Fallout if they're gonna have their own conference.

Every time a publisher makes a cross gen title, they must be punished and forced to do something they think is horrible, would never want for themselves and make them think twice before ever doing anything like it again. They will have to.........also release it on the WiiU.

DUN-DUN-DUUUUN!!!!

Wii had too many third party titles when compared to the WiiU...

Where do you know? there are dozzens of examples where ps3 run equally or better than 360. and if it runs worse its ussually just 5 frames less on average.

Never Bethesda games.

Except for, you know, Oblivion....
