PC version aside, Sony is going to have the best AND worst version by quite a bit. PS4 compared to PS3 version is surely going to feel like a generational difference.

Where do you know? there are dozzens of examples where ps3 run equally or better than 360. and if it runs worse its ussually just 5 frames less on average.

Never Bethesda games.

"Sadly"? Goddamit, that's awesome news! :)

Crossgen is awesome news? Why? :D

Going by Bethesdas RPG track record the game will be horrible at least on PS3 anyway.

Realistically, it will be horrible on every machine in some manner. Bethesda aren't quality developers when it comes to a polished launch.

If they hold Fallout 4 back by putting it on last gen hardware, I will shit in my hands and clap.

Not gonna happen.

So I'm just going to go ahead and tag this for me :D

Dude..... Mods can increase texture resolution, lighting, shaders, add entirely new models even add new quests, areas, items.....

Sure they can but The vastly majority of them dont support new polygon models. no one has time remaking the game for free.

I actually have a lot of mods that do just that for Skyrim.  New armors, weapons, plants, almost all static meshes in the game have been replaced, character models, etc.  It really looks like an entirely new game after you replace the terrible vanilla textures and meshes.

Hopefully, it is fallout. I would hate to see the Next Elder Scrolls be cross gen. No matter what this is dissapointing.

It really is not that bad on PS3. Bad attitude.

Oh really? Apparently when I played Skyrim on PS3 it didn't run like this.

I had very little problems with Fallout 3 on 360 and Skyrim on PS3. I disagree. Skyrim is the best game of all time! I did play New Vegas and it was one of the buggiest games I have played. Most of the bugs were funny as shit! Thing is that game was not developed by Bethesda!

Bethesda's engines were never demanding and the company probably saw it as a better investment to make their game cross gen.
