Nah. What it means is that 16gb is finally cheap enough to bundle.

Isn't this just the regular new 3DS? I'm only saying that because I don't think NA even got the regular new 3DS, just the XL. I'm not too salty about it as I want a custom FE New 3DS XL, like MM 3DS fir when I finally get the new XL.
