Sony doesn't have the iconic IPs to do that succesfully.

Nathan Drake, Sackboy, Ratchet & Clank and Kratos are all I can see selling well.

And Nathan Drake as an "amiibo" would just look weird. "Buy this ordinary looking human now!"
