Yeah, i could think of awhole lot :) His specials for example wouldn't even be the same. B is a fireball shot in different angles, Charizard uses b down with the rock, im sure Ridley wouldn't do that. B up could be like Pits old B up in SSBB, B turn uses his tail and grinds the ground while moving forward?

Ridley has many potential moves. Some similar sure, but who isnt similar with normal atks? (bowser+charizard have very similar Forward Airs for example

Seriously, Shovel Knight?

It's a good game and a fun character but out of all those classic Nintendo characters left they pick a non-exclusive indie character with a single game? I think that's a bit weird honestly.
