Got no conker feel at all from that trailer.. was just annoying.. with that sound looping all the time..

I never played the original Conker (Seen plenty of videos on it though and know most of the game) but I have to say the general reaction to this on some other places is really surprising to me.

Some people talking about how bad it looks or whatever before they've even played it, like damn just be glad that someone is even trying to do something with the Conker IP after all this time. 

This was me when I saw the headline on Gematsu:

I was hoping that it would be an actual new Conker game. This one just does not have that Conker feel....

That's one half assed trailer.

I'm not sure how so many people can complain about this when Minecraft releases skin packs, with much less content. It may not be the full game people want, but that doesn't make it bad. I would rather have this in the mean time while waiting for the next full Conker game then nothing. If your so impatient to play the next conker game, it has enough assets for you to make your own.

It pretty much is a fan-made game. It's using the same creation tools anyone in community  will  have  access to, so essential anyone can make what they have made. 

They should call Retro Studios for advice on how to create a convincing fur effect:
