Way past its prime days sadly. Unless you don't mind very niche verions in this genre. God I miss some of the greats like Suikoden. 

My basic wish list;

-Allow us to control what is in the top media bar, and pin things in place. (My personalized set up would be PS Store, Whats New, Current/Last Played Game, PS Music, PS Video, PS Vue, Web Browser, Library)

-Add USB, Local, DLNA, and Spotify/Other Audio services into the PlayStation Music app.

-Add USB, Local, DLNA to the PlayStation Video App.

For me this would make PS4 just as clean, or maybe even a bit cleaner then the PS3, while also allowing for a deep more organized content collection behind the main menu.

I prefer the ps4 UI, but media playback could use work. Sony were pretty clear what we were getting with the ps4 though: a gaming console. I'm sure the media stuff will come, but I don't mind. I have plenty of other devices that cover my media needs.

yup sadly this the reality, but i am fine i can still play games like bravely default on 3DS or Persona games , but indeed i hope some one make Suikoden games, God this game need another nex gen treatment (curent gen )

Suikoden, Grandia, Proper Hack Title, Shin Megami Tensei not Persona, Dark Cloud, Wild Arms, Tri-Ace not doing crappy titles, Tales game that is good as Vesperia or Symphonia. (The list just gets bigger... T_T)

Ugh you make my heart break with those hopes , but you know i am learning rpg tools like RPG maker and some engine UE4 and also made friend with 3D designer and game designer that love JRPG and i hopes i will make some day, at least i will not just wait

I think I may the only user who uses his console to play games and not do much else. I only listen to music in my car and take in the occasional Netflix vid with my kids. Whenever I want to watch a movie by myself I do so on my i6+. I'm not saying that the PS4 doesn't need to add more functionality though. Those who are like "I don't care, just pump out great games" don't forget that this is a $400 machine that was also marketed as a multimedia device. Being able to function as more than just a game console is kind of what the creators intended.

I don't mind the UI's design, I'd just wish it'd work. Swear to God I don't get why they bother with Internet browser, music and other media features if the console can't freaking run them in any easy and reasonable way.

Comparing trophies was a struggle for PS3
