Forums - Gaming - Hypothetically, If Banjo Kazooie Were A DLC Character in SSBU/3DS...

Topic is about 2 things, just didn't want to make Separate threads, anywayz discuss the topics!!!

Topic #1 Hypothetically, If Banjo Kazooie Were A DLC Character in SSBU/3DS... Wouldn't that Help More MS than Nintendo?

Thoughts? Imo i definitely think it would...

Topic #2 Hypothetically, If Banjo Kazooie Were A DLC Character in SSBU/3DS... What Would that exactly mean to everyone/gaming Industry? Reactions/etc?

Before anybody jumps to conclusion, im not talking about IPs selling to Nintendo or Nintendomaking the next Banjo Threeie lol. Im asking basiclly what will literally happen. Will people blow up? Will we get Bayo2 exclusive announcement type hate all over again? Will fans jump with joy like when Megaman was included in SSBU?

Thoughts? Disuss!!!

Oooooohhhhh if anybody is saying why this topic was  even made, its because of this....

If Microsoft allows Banjo DLC, it would be only to know how well it does and how many people would be interested in a Banjo and Kazooie game. And then they would realise WiiU audience and XBone audience aren't the same.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Yea it would certainly help MS more than Nintendo since its essentially free advertising for the competition

And it would mean that Microsoft helps Sony by giving them Minecraft and Nintendo helps Microsoft by advertising Banjo in their platform! And my reaction would be that this would be a dumb move cause there are plenty of other characters that deserve to be in SSB that are wayyyyy ahead of Banjo

Yes, It would help MS more.

I think the reactions would be mixed; trolly, surprised, happy, sad, angry ect.

Of course. Nintendo has nothing gain but potentially something to lose:

They add banjo to roster

The add Banjo to VC

Kids like banjo and banjo games

MS announces new Banjo

Kids like banjo and Banjo games, and are interested in new banjo... not on their console.

Kids: " mom can I have XB1?"

Now Nintendo might lose anybody but they sure helped MS gain. What does Nintendo get. They dont need banjo to sell anything.

Btw i use kids because outside there older fans, banjo will definitely be aimed younger crowd

im part of both of them. That makes your statement irrelavant. Also, 360 was a very child friendly console, just like the wii. Its only fair to assume the same will happen  for xbox one espescially at a cheaper price then ps4.

Ltd predictions by the time 9th Gen comes out

Ps4:110million

Xbox one :75 million( was 65)

Wii u: 20 milliion

1. It wouldn't help either more. MS gets "advertisement," and Nintendo gets a fan favorite in their game. People act like Nintendo would be doing MS a favor or something.

2. I think that it would unit at least Nintendo and Xbox super fans, and show that console wars don't matter with a virtual hand shake.

snake in brawl was okay, when mgs was exclusive to ps. didnt see anyone complain with that.
