Xbox will have a 14 million year, when it hits 200 people are going to go crazy over it. not only that but the game line up will be a lot better. I find it funny people think it can't hit 14. Look at 360 numbers and where it ended up with RROD. This site has become very one sided.

If anything RROD inflated the sales of the 360. Its not like people were going to throw away all of there games because their console broke. I know people who owned 3-4 360s last gen.

50 million is very generous for the XB1. That is why you are getting hate. The main reason the 360 was so successful was because they always had the price advantage due to PS3 and its expensive hardware. This gen XB1 will only have the price advantage if Sony lets them seeing as the PS4 actually cost less to make. Sony seems to be happy to fight NA to a draw and run away with the rest of the world.

well only 30m is completely unrealistic. It's almost halfway there after 1 1/2 years on the market. Give it two more holidays and it will be at 30m. And that's still with more than half of its life left.
It hitting 50m is definitely possible and likely.

This is the perfect stopping point for the thread.

I think people who say the XBOne will be 300$ this holiday are crazy. Its like people do not understand that if you do a price cut you either lose money or reduce the cost of production. There is no where to cut the XBOne's cost of production..... Sony can do it because they are lowering the price of GDDR5 ram by buying so much. A 300$ XBOne would cause massive losses for MS. I predict 329$ XBOne and 349$ PS4 this holiday (both 2 game bundles)

I predict around 60M lifetime.

Posting to let you know I changed your title and fixed the wall of text in the OP that gave me a headache.

The USA is the Xbox One's only saving grace right now, where sales are even remotely close, most of the time. It'll definitely get a boost from Halo and other popular franchises, but i still see it only selling about half of what the PS4 does, lifetime. I'm gonna figure on 45-50 million units, lifetime.

Son, I am disappoint.

It just seems like that because people who overstimate the x1 and Said it would outsell ps4 for sure (that is, if Sony even managed to release it). Don't worry, x1 can possibly hit 50M.
