I'll probably buy their console anyway but... this wouldn't matter to me. Capcom is a shell of it's former self. No Megaman. No good Resident Evil. No good Devil May Cry. So many great IP's that either suck now or have been erased.

IP is just characters and worlds. Without the people who made the original games, most of the time, the games end up sucking. Unless Capcom is willing to bring back the original teams it's kind of a moot point imo. Nintendo sure couldn't develop games like Devil May Cry.

It won't affect me, regardless... I'll buy the console like how I normally buy Nintendo consoles... wait for a decent number of games to be out and maybe a price drop, then I'll buy one.

See if Nintendo bought Capcom there's no guarantees we'll see another Megaman or Viewtiful Joe or anything. I'm still waiting for Nintendo to release the kraken on their own first party franchises like F Zero, Metroid, Star Tropics, Captain Rainbow etc.

A new megaman co-developed by nintendo, street fighter, DMCxBayonetta, and full HD console monster hunter would rock my world. Maybe even throw in a BOF game too.

As always, i will buy it if theres enough games i want for it.
