No, not everyone, but some may have many more than that and make up for the difference. Its just a guess though.

It won't be that low, but 35m wouldn't surprise me as far as unique active console owners.

Thats Much much much better, my guess would have personally been 38mil-44mil.

18 million? Ur general statement is correct, but that number is waaaayyy too low, that's like 67% of 3DS sales are from rebuyers.
