Lego City Undercover is a very unique and great open world game. One of the best games this gen. But it seems co produced by Nintendo so a port is unlikely.

I hope not. That community is way too toxic for a nintendo game.

I don't know, never played the game. I believe you. But actually I think it would make quite sense for Nintendo if they want to push online games on their console. FPS fans have already bought PS4/Xbone and form what I know (maybe I'm wrong) there aren't any MOBAs on consoles yet.

So was Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge. Nintendo even assisted with some development on that game. 

I doubt LEGO would've given Nintendo full exclusivity. There are some projects which Nintendo does assist in development/publish in some regions that do get ported elsewhere. It's rare, but this could be a case of it. 

GoldenEye on the Wii was kinda similar too, I believe Nintendo assisted in development of the game.
