I don't think that I have one game that I could single out. There are a lot of games that I really like that would be my favourite games... but if there is a better one, I could also add it to my list so there is no need to deny it.

Yeah, but I doubt it'll happen. With the poor quality of games coming out now days, it's rare for a game to even be one of my favorites, much less my favorite of all time.

yeah, TLOU to me is an overall better game than Demons Souls, BUT Demons Souls is still my favorite... well my second favorite my true favorite game is Zone of the Enders the Second Runner, and nothing has surpassed that for me.

If I like something and think it's an improvement over another, then yeah. I don't see why not. It probably happens all the time.
