The fact a game would be able to do that would take a lot. For the longest time my #1 favorite game of all time was Little King's Story, but Persona 4 Golden has since dethroned that title.

The question itself its dumb. If you have a "new best game" for you, it doesn't matter the console because that game it's your new best game. It doesn't matter the old one or in which console it was.

It was really hard for me to do it. Suikoden 2 was my favorite game since it launched. No matter how much I didn't want to say it, Dark Souls did surpass it as my #1. Dragon Age: Inquisition has also passed it in my number 2 spot.

Sort by genre. If that isn't enough create subgenres. Until you have one favorite game for each :)

Of course because it'll be my new favourite game. Don't think anything will top FF7 anytime soon for me.
