Well... it's not an Order: 1886 thread, so that's something.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 is my favorite game of all time, so I can't disagree. xD

Mario's pretty cool. Admittedly I like the 3dworld the most. I found all the other 3d entries a bit boring. 2d ones were always pretty cool, but I wish the new 2d games had the quality design the old 2d ones had, but still kept co-op.
For such a short guy, mario (and its many franchises) has ginormous, long and muscular legs.
I've lost my love for him, mainly cause I don't game on nintendo consoles very often now. Still my favorite mario game (and game in general) is Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Hands down, great plot, battle system, graphics (at the time) art direction, sound track, characters, etc. I've beaten it 4 or 5 times and I think i could do it every year and still enjoy it. It truly breaks my heart that a sequel is impossible at this point.
*takes off t-shit*
Super Mario is better than E.T, come at me bro! My body is ready!
Just did 100% on SM3DW for the second time. I love Mario, but i hate Champions road right now. Had to do it with all characters (and i didn't used luigi/peach the whole game, so had to learn how to use them).
I would easily put Zelda over Mario, as my favorite franchise though.

It's supposed to make it more hardcore. MIcromanagement under a time limit is the core gameplay mechanic in PC RTSs (that Pikmin was based off of).

I love 64 and the Galaxies, they're really masterpieces and better than many games but I disliked Sunshine. I've yet to play 3D World/Land and most of the 2D games with the exception of Mario World

I guess. But I have enough Starcraft in my life. I just wanna explore the world and not worry about a time limit or planning anything out.
I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
