I've enjoyed a couple of great games here and there, but your right for the most part.

All I can say is that I have enjoy more games in the ps4 first year than ps3/xbox 360 first year. So far so good for me.
I think it's been generally good so far. Plenty of good games to play. You can't expect a 95+ AAA metascore game to come out every year.
Don't bother wasting your time complaining about remasters. If you don't want to play them, don't buy them. However some people havn't played the games before, or liked them so much that they would love to play through them again on another console.
As for overhyped games, and Ubisoft seems to be a big culprit here, they aren't bad games, but not the 10/10 games that they were made out to be, for sure.
I completely agree with you about broken games,it's just not good enough, and I would encourage you not to buy those broken games (I havn't bought unity yet because its still not great, and I will get it second hand so I am not supporting them).
I would also like to add my disdain of free to play mechanics in full price games. I get a bit sad when I see season passes that cost just as much as the main game, in game credit/xp boosts also.

"Worth playing" is also a very subjective qualifier though, it will vary from person to person. "Plenty" is also relative. |
Are you just arguing to argue? By most accepted standards, Tachikoma is correct. It's quite to easy to find many games worth playing that have released in the past two years.
Hard to believe, this 2nd time a row having trouble with games from ps3 to ps4 days because it feels like heavy example GTA 4, Gears of War or Batman Arkham Asylum movement & technically, consoles became 100% PC-like(Fact, Xbox & ps2 were almost PC-like exist) to get patch fix & installation, my reaction was like "what were they thinking...".
I stuck to PC & Nintendo's consoles while my Ps3 & Xbox 360 were collected dust then sold them 3 years ago, i gave it try PS4 & Xbox One... Sigh.. Sold my PS4, i couldn't take it anymore, went back to PC again for talented modders.
Note: I still have Xbox One & 8 games, because nobody want to buy.
Loving the generation
PS4 leading in sales by 7 odd million, brilliant stuff

I'm enjoying this gen so far. Infamous: Second Son, Forza Horizon 2 and Driveclub were incredible games which I enjoyed a lot.
I'm 3 hours into The Order: 1886 and the story, graphics and atmosphere are quite interesting, and I'm enjoying it.
GTA V and Far Cry 4 on PS4 were fantastic open-world games, much better than the PS3 versions.
Halo: MCC was an awesome collection, and I was finally able to play Halo 2, 3 and 4, all of which are incredible games and have made it my favorite FPS series.
Agreed. I was expecting a Metroid HD, Zelda HD and Mario 3D similar to 64 sooner.
But I don't agree with Zelda. This one looks better only by the animations alone.
Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever
Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe
Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Maybe because I don't play games all the time, but I've been happy gaming for over twenty years now. Now is no different.

Sorry wrong thread, dont know how that happened maybe bug
