Wait, what? But, but.. why?

I don't find the enjoyment in it anymore.

Too involved with the community in a game or on the net?

It's not that, I just don't like playing games anymore.

Various reason. Escapism. Relaxation. I guess mainly because it's my main hobby at the moment.

EDIT: I get ya, MohammadBadir, just like my personal opinion of comics currently. I used to spend hundreds of £s on them, hardly at all at the moment,  I buy like 2 books a month and they aren't even that good. I buy them out of habbit and force myself to read them. They were my main hobby once, no anymore.

Hmm, pie.

Gameplay and story, pure and simple, but i went with gameplay in the poll. I can care less about online multiplayer and such. I'll play games that offer story mode online co-op, that's about it. Give me a good story that envelops me for atleast 8 hours, and i'm happy.

Don't like playing video games of any kind or just don't like the games available to you? I have to ask because I never heard of anyone that outright stop liking to play video games so I'm geniunely curious. I've met plenty that stopped for various amounts of time because of family, school, work, religion, new SO.

Gameplay > Story imo

Because I enjoy playing games. It's one of my dearest hobbies.

I agree with half the OP. Story, setting, design....all those things are what get me interested in checking out a game

BUT, and this is kind of a biggie, if the gameplay doesn't hold up then I immediately lose interest
