Are you sure about that? Because I'm not.
Did some research and he seem to have died after the events of Revelations and after he quit being an assassin in the CGI video AC: Embers.

He died long after the end of Revelations and he died on a bench when he was old peacefully. He had kids with the red headed love interest from revelations.
Ok, I think I mixed Ezio and Altair. We see Altair's death, but that's through the Apple of Eden or some artefact right? So I guess it makes sense after all. Ezio could've had kids after the events of Revelations, even though he was kinda old.

But he passed his genes at the procreation of the child, if the genes contain the memories, then no memories after that should be available.
