Nah, it's just a conspiracy! 

Though naturally as mods we talk to each other a fair bit which can help skew opinions somewhat (this also applies to at least 25 other users though), so you're more likely to vote for the person who you talk to more and know better.

That being said, in this case Carl is an awesome guy but the level of commitment Rol puts in is quite impressive indeed. So I've got to give him the edge here.
