We don't hate it. It's just the one that gets the least love because well, it's really hard for anyone to have it as their favorite in the franchise. It's a lot more charming and with better graphics, especially color, than MKDS IMO. It's just that MKDS plays really really well and has excellent multiplayer. But damn is it bland.

I understand your lack of fondness. Although I liked the series before, MK8 is a masterpiece.
