I don't think they will cut it before summer with the order, hardline, witcher, Bloodborne, batman and mgs5 coming. Those games will give them a big boost so they'll save it for halo I'd imagine. And it might just be for the usa.

Not any time soon; they're profiting on the hardware at present, and with the system selling well but the company as a whole in dire straits, they won't want to start taking a loss per unit.
I say around September, the ps4 will drop to $349. Mostly because I have a feeling microsoft will drop the xb1 to $299 by then. It wouldn't look good for sony going into the holiday season with their competitor being $100 cheaper.

Sony seems to like announcing cuts at Gamescon. So I'll go with August.

I doubt Sony's going to make many drops, so if they have to this year, the are going to do it once: Right before holiday season when boost will be most effective
