The things is their own propriertry memory cards are expensive  compared to 64gb standard microsd memory cards. Well they haven't learned from psp hence why psvita is doing poorly. I will give them that , but that was done because there wer enot in good financial state and repeating that would be a death sentence to Sony. However if they were  in a better financial state , they would probably repeat the same mistake. 

3 out of 4 sony consoles were beastly successes.  I think the ps4 would have been a beast either way. The fact remains they learned from their mistakes.  Your comment about then in that regard was plain wrong.

Sony consoles saell due to loyal fanbase. They are good machines but some decision making when building these consoles are questionable. They always ttry to pick the most expensive way to do things without using teh ocmmon one which can be obtained cheaply.  I waiting for that accessory from nyko and in the meantime , i haev no choice but to delete and reinstall which is a darn shame . Expected moe from them as they been in the business for  longer time then MS

It's no quicker or slower then the updates we got for the PS3.

They built the ps4 made 99% of the right decisions while Microsoft made most of the wrong ones. They played a blinder and deserve credit not same old same old sony. 

They sell to a loyal fanbase because they have the best history when it comes to gaming.  

You make it sound like they always fuck up when reality is they fucked up one out of 4 consoles.  

And even the ps3 brought a lot to the table. 

i loved ps1 and ps2.  They were the best sony console. Ps3 to me was average. Love it for the blu ray support as tha ttime blu ray player were expensive to buy. PS4 is good machine . I only don't like that they don't have external HDD support and i fsony wanted swappable hard drive , then i don't see why they didn't go for teh stbadard pc internal hdd as that is super cheap.  Apart from tat i am not to fussed about the ps4. its agood machien for games.

Yeah so the ps4 has 1 major update you really want. That's a pretty flawless machine after year 1. You can take back that thing you said about them now because it was wide of the mark and over the top.

Just give me:
- Backup digital games on an external HDD.
- When I go into the standby mode, suspend the game instead of closing it. Better yet, aloow me to shut down the PS4 and, when I turn it back on, to still have my game running (like hibernate option on PCs).

That's it.

A lot of the missing features are not related to gaming at all. Xbox got a lot of features faster but they were missing so much to begin with. They didn't even have DTS in an all in one media box. That's ridiculous.

The one thing I think PS4 is missing is playing external media otherwise I don't think anything else matters.
