Hard to say, both the DS4 and Xbox 360 controller are excellent but I'll go with the DS4 because of the better dpad.

If the small amount of time I've used it counts, then I'll say the DS4 controller.
Feel: PS4 Controller.
Durability: 360 Controller.
If I had to choose though I'd say PS4 controller.
Wii U Pro controller. Looks nice, comfortable, excellent battery life. Xbox One is a close 2nd though.
Dualshock 4 JUST over WiiU Pro. They both have that great Playstation setup along with symmetrical sticks but I like the placement on DS4 a little more and the triggers along with the extra button the touch pad affords.
PS4 controller is perfection for me.

For what I've used it for, GameCube
GC controller was amazing for me. Second would be Xbox One, it would be higher than GC for me if the bumpers were like the 360 controller. 360's comes in 3rd.
