If this thread is anything to go by you will be labelled as defensive. The reality is dc universe is old, h1z1 a turkey and planetside 2 a decent game.  None of them will matter to console sales even if there good as in the case of planetside 2. Because the console versions are late ports.

Not even sure why i would be labeled as such, virtually all SOE games are available on pc too, right now.

Barely any of them are any good, and H1Z1 is as far from good as a game can be, i just wanted to make potentially excited xbox only players aware of that so they dont waste their cash on it.

To be honest it's not my area so I really don't know.  H1z1 got shitted on,  over at gaf and reddit. Seems like it needs a lot of work. Planetside 2 is good but the problem for the weaker console versions is they come out years after the pc versions.  planetside is free to download so millions will on ps4/xbox but you will struggle to find people actually buying the consoles for them.  It's like warframe on the ps4.

What's the big deal? It's not like Sony sold off Uncharted, God of War, and Gran Turismo or their respective studios.

This is but a small part of Sony and they are looking to cut branches that don't make them much profit. I panicked at 1st thinking this was SEN or PSN, but then realized this is small potatoes and will likely help return Sony to profits more quickly.

They should continue to get out of the more risky ventures and play to their strengths, like PS4. and main 1st, 2nd and 3rd parties.

This means nothing for Sony, but everything for Xbox fans who like online games. I was wondering when Sony would let go of SOE because I was wondering how much all of the online games would cost to keep in commission. Now Sony can focus on their console, itself. Thats the main priority.
