It does. In the old 3ds you can use the tactil screen with a pen or the x,y,a,b bottons for the camera. It feels quite confortable in both ways, but sure is better with the c stick :)

Was defiantly on the ropes about this one. The graphics look interesting but the character models look awful. However, the gameplay is fantastic. After the first level of the demo I actually said "Don't tell me this is the end..."

Loving the Demo, really good xcom vibe. Will be getting it for sure now!

Gonna have to give this a go at some point, even though Intelligent Systems aren’t off the hook until I get a new wars game for either 3DS/Wii U.
