A million in a month? Not a chance in hell. More like a million in a year at best. We get that you're excited, but stay realistic. You're just setting yourself up for dissapointment saying things like "a million in a month guaranteed".

Exactly this!!  However, I'm hoping there's a ton of word-of-mouth that happens to at least boast the sells of both the Wii U and Splatoon.

I think:
Zelda > Xenoblade > splatoon

....when it comes down to sales boost.

I've read the first 11 pages of discussion and gotten tired of reading. Splatoon by itself isn't a system seller, but at least there's a Splatoon bundle (exclusive to BestBuy) so that should give the game some decent sales. THE LIBRARY of great exclusives that is slowly piling up on the Wii U IS the system seller, but the sales are likely to come in late, since most people seem to prefer it as a second console. I imagine a typical gamer sometime in 2016/2017 (let's just assume for the argument's sake that the NX comes 2017) deciding that he doesn't like most Nintendo games, but he should at least play Zelda Wii U, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mario Kart and Fire Emblem X Shin Megami. I'm imagining this person doesn't see what Nintendo fans like about Smash bros, isn't interested in Pikmin's art style and just doesn't like platformers. This person might actually play Splatoon.

SplatFest Is huge demo test shown live on the Santa Monica Pier, using celeberties as testers. It should be a cool event, with a fair type atmosphere.

Mess Fest is happening right now. Actually have a B + celebrity participating, James Marsden, who has movie with Jack Black called D-Train. From pics looks cool will put up the Nintendo Minute once it releases.
