No Splatoon will not sell consoles but it does look interesting. It seriously is about time Nintendo tried something new!

MAY 29th ( I pre-ordered mine a week ago when the leak came out) 3 amiibos on release, and we get local multi-player too(still keeping people together)

Man I can not wait for this game. I really think NINTENDO hit a home run with this game and will boost sales.

Very few people even know this game exists..... It will not move units.

It will sell more systems than The Order, that's for sure.

I don't know, but I hope so. But I believe it can hit 2m sales LT, which is kinda amazing for an exclusive new IP.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Is that supposed to be an accomplishment

At least you're smart in keeping expectations low.

No, but I'm sure they spent more money on The Order's advertisement than on Splatoon's development.

And it sold more than +500k in its first week. I'd call that a success so far and that's all I'm going to say because I don't want to turn this into a PS4 vs Wii U thread.

I voted no, but if it coincided with a $50 price cut then I would change that.

So intriguing poll! The yes and no are neck to neck!:P
