I think this is a kinda lame boxart. Actually the original Xenoblade Chronicles boxart is so much more cool. This is just - a screenshot.

Yeah, the cast looking out over a cliff to a foggy shot of Mechonis is nice, but the ground shot with Monado stabbed in the field various characters equipment around it and the looming shot of Mechonis looking like it is reaching out is much better.

As for XCX, personally my main take away from that is that I hope that isn't the only mech you get to use or like with the main character we can alter it. Given the trailers, that should be the case but who knows what has gone on in development.
