Bayonetta comes to mind PS3-Wii U-PS4 also tomb raider if it exclusivity isn't temporarily.

Final Fantasy 7. I had played FF on SNES.
FF7 on PS1 vs Ocarina of Time on N64 was a painful choice. I ended up with N64 with OoT.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

If I get a Wii U, I will consider it. I just wish I didn't have to play using the wiimote. |
You can use the classic controller. I personally prefer the Wiimote set up. This isn't a game that uses motion controls nor does it need great controls for the camera (there is z-targetting though.) I like being able to have my arms apart and sit down in any position I want, so nunchuck and wiimote being separable is great. But to each their own.
I think that is a very likely situation. Nintendo might think what is a cheap way to make money with Monolith Soft? Buy rights from Namco to remake Xenogears games. Namco doesn't think the series has enough demand and has said such multiple times. Plus they won't have the original developer on board. The only group of people who might not want to do this is Monolith Soft, I think they'd prefer to make episodes 4,5,6 if they're interested in Xenosaga at all. Sure, another developer could do it, but that would pull Nintendo's interest, and Namco wouldn't be able to put the responsibility of publishing a series which might not have high demand on somebody else. So I think the only way these games will be remastered or remade soon is if Xenoblade X becomes a huge hit and Namco reevaluates their demand estimate or Nintendo pays for publishing rights through royalties and Monolith Soft develops it. All scenarios aren't very likely. The best we'll see is a re-release on PSN.
REmake going to everywhere else but the Wii U/3DS, Banjo, Street Fighter, all sorts of games that touch the Wii/Wii U/3DS once and then never go back, pretty much to any console and never comes back, still annoys me a lot of the time ebcause it only divides people and fucks up preffered platform owners.
I'd probably throw in the Soul series, didn't see the point in throwing PC people a bone if they aren't really going to give them the whole meal, I end up hating the devs/people responsible for the series a lot more when you do something like that because it's obvious there's a fanbase on the PC market that clamours for wanting to play the entire Soul series, same thing is happening with MGS now since it's common for the game to go everywhere now it's out of the pool of exclusivity, I say once you leave exclusivity, you should leave it behind forever lest you piss off people entirely by going back a few times, there's really no need to go back.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Thats youre assumption and given the fact that they still have Dark Souls i doubt they would have made a new souls game for multiplat, i easily see a new Dark Souls game, regardless of the fact that the story may have already ended... (but then again thats also just my assumption, nobody knows whats their next step).
also this isnt a money hat for gods sake... this game got made because Sony approached From Software and told them they wanted a new exclusive game and they funded the game and are co-developing it thank to their SCEJ studio... also the whole franchise started with a PS exclusive (DeS) heck even before that the games that precede the soul series (the King field games were also PS exclusives) so i see nothing wrong with Sony getting another exclusive game of this franchise, especially if they were the ones who come up with the proposition of a new game and are both funding it and co-developing it.

That's called moneyhatting, it's not an insult.

i thought moneyhatting was when a company bought the exclusive rights to a game that already existed, and not when a company went to a developer and proposed the idea of a new game and then founded it and co-developed it.
