Why should they? One is ultra cheap and portable... selling to mostly children. The other is upwards of $400.00, sits in the living room and is played mostly by adults. The two couldn't be anymore different. 

It's like comparing motorcycles to cars.

Yeah, and now it's ultra dead. Why? Because there was no market for a handheld aimed at adults lol. Adults play portable games on their smartphone. Sony didn't realize this I guess.

The playstation 4 might outsell both if the WII U won´t pick up any pace and stays beneath the 20 million. The 3ds will eventually get to the 80 million with much pain, but it will barely make it. The PS4 can outsell the PS1 and achieve something like 117.5 million +~ 12.5 million vita's is 130 million

Portable plus Home Console sales means nothing. Sony are dominating the Home Console market, and WiiU is a disaster. Nintendo are winning the handheld Market, and Vita is a disaster. Putting their sales together means nothing.

yes and that's what my thread is all about. I think Sony will win over all but it won't be a cake walk.
