Obviously the concept of PSnow completely eludes you. Say you have PS now, and you don't have a PS4 but you have a TV that is compatible with the service. All it being on the WiiU means is that the WiiU will be able to handle PS now streams just like it handles Netflix. for use on ur non PS now supporting TVs. |
I know. And the idea is too good to be true. The thing is, when someone says "Nintendo should go 3rd party so I can play their games" I cringe IRL because that breaks the whole point of exclusivity.
So if PSNow somehow in our dreams comes to Wii U, it would be a conflict with my feelings on the industry.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

So long as PS Now doesn't provide access to PS4 games, why not? Just more money for Sony, and Nintendo folks can play last-gen titles they missed during droughts.

Nintendo should grab for a good life line when it can.

Not much market to go after on the Wii U. ~9 Million, and they mostly only buy Nintendo games.
I think it would be better for Nintendo to put their VC on PS4 instead.

Sure why not Sony could back them with third party like COD ,AC, other game ect. Also long the network is good and able to play the game. Plus the Wii u need third party support sell and they allready have first party lock Down for 2015. They need just third party game that lol
Beings that I hate the console wars with a passion, I would absolutely love to see this happen. I personally will only ever own Sony consoles from this point on. However, I love a couple of games from Microsoft and Nintendo. If I could stream the games from the machines I have absolutly no interest in on the console, tablet, tv, ect. that I prefer, then I see it as a win win situation. I get to play the two or three games from MS and N that I like, and they get money that they never would have recieved.
I hope PS Now ends up on every internet enabled device. XBO, WiiU, 360, Wii, iOS, anyone anywhere, anytime.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

I actually predict that this will happen in the future. PS Now will end up on PC, TVs, Phones, Tablets, and on other consoles. And after it takes off and is a hit, Sony will make PS5 a cloud based console and Nintendo will end up with Sony's library on their console. MS is working on the same thing with Rio and I wouldn't be surprised if in the end Nintendo has the last console that plays all games from the big 3. Probably within 2 generations.
I would prefer for Nintendo to release their classic games on other hardware. I don't like the idea of a gaming streaming service, specially with my Internet connection.
I'm now filled with determination.
Nintendo doesn't need it; Sony doesn't even make that much $$$$ from the Playstation brand, they are terrible at monotizing the popularity of it. again sales do not equal profit
