That's actually a really good question. I don't know if Wii U can handle PS Now, but that would show Nintendo fans how awesome the PlayStation games are.

And Wii U need more games.

Sony should release PSNow to as many platforms as possible to reach as much users as possible. But existing consoles? No, that's not what they should target.
Make a Windows (Phone) app, android app and an ios app. Done.

Because it could divert Nintendo customers away from Nintendo games. For instance, someone currently convinced they wouldn't like certain Sony IPs like Uncharted etc could play some of those IPs on PS Now, like them, and then get converted to the "Sony camp".
