Can you tell me which game isn't 60fps? I don't mean dropping frames but games that are intentionally 30fps. I remember reading all games being 60fps as a necessity by nintendo but can't find it anymore.

Was a rather boring-looking game, only technically impressive maybe. For instance Driver 2 on PS1 looked loads better and infinitely more alive, not to mention had kick ass driving physics.

Well, when I hear "best graphics" I think in technical terms. If we're talking about the game that is aesthetically best The Dark Spire gets my vote.

Hm... I'd go for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks or Phantom Hourglass (bothing looking pretty similar) and definitely Metroid Prime: Hunters.

Cop: The Recruit

Kingdom Hearts 368/2 Days

Okamiden

Spirit Tracks/Windwaker

Dragon Quest Monsters Joker (Almost as good as Pokemon XY in some ways)

I found the NSMB so well crafted that even the new entries does not seems to improve that much from what i've played in the DS.

Mario Kart DS was a technical belter for the DS. 60fps with online play and didn't look too far off Double Dash. Stunning achievement.
