it hasnt even come out, and the only gameplay we have is recorded from an off camera perspective... im sure the game will be great just like any other zelda but come on! at least wait a little for more info and gameplay to be shown...

what the fuck does zelda and xenoblade have in common? they are both open world games and what else? i will tell you what else... nothing, in one game you are flying with giant mechs, fighting giant monsters in an advanced sci fi setting and in the other one you are a kid ridding a horse with a sword and a bow, ready to go to some dungeons...

im not into W101 because its colorful... im into it because the combat looks great and fluid and its not a shooter...

LOL seriously men do you even know what 101 is about? its an action game, like bayoneta the fact that there are houndreds of characters in the screen doesnt mean its the same game as pikmin which is more of an strategy game where you manage all the pikmins... in 101 you dont manage the characters as individuals, they act as a sole being.

The wii u is a great complimentary console. But on its own it just can't satisfy anyone but the most hardcore nintendo fan or a casual gamer who is okay with buying 2 or 3 games a year. Plus there are some people who just dont enjoy nintendo games that much and for them the choice is even easier. I bought a wii u as my console this gen just because the ps4 and xb1 offer me nothing since they overlap with the PC library so much, but if I was going one console only there is no way in hell I would even consider the wii u as a choice. It is a nice party console when I have friends over but I hardly touch it otherwise.

They want to play multiplatform games but don't want to pay for a computer. Please don't give me bullshit about PCs actually being cheaper; I have a gaming PC and do not own an xbone/ps4

I had Wonderfull 101 digital with Mk8 bundle when I bought a WiiU and also bought Pikmin 3 that day, I´ve played both and yes i know their differences probably better than you, they are so different, but if you look it from outside, like you, is strange that you feel interest in that game but not in pikmin, wich seems similar, but way better for almost all the critics (78 vs 87 metacritic), and don´t get me wrong, W101 is a pretty good game, but is far from any of the big games of nintendo on 2014, far from DK:TF, MK8, Smash; bayonetta 2, and far from 2013 games like Pikmin 3 or M3DW  ... And Xenoblade like Zelda are epic fantasy adventures with big open worlds and a japanese sense of videogame (not like skyrim or something) with a lots of quests and exploration, i think the kind of person who is interested on these kind of games must take a close look to the new Zelda honestly. But oh well... I hope i didn´t offend you or anything, maybe you are not used to play Nintendo games, and I think you are underestimating some of them, maybe you would love Pikmin or Wind Waker HD, or maybe even MK8!! XD

its because i inform myself of what the games actually are and what the gameplay is all about, i know their differences as well and thats why im interested in one and not the other.

o belive me i know a lot about japanese games, they are my favorite type of games, the thing is that i personally like games with a very dark tone and i prefer sci fi mech games to medieval games. (or any other type of games), look Zone of the Enders The Second Runner is my favorite game of all time

maybe you are not used to play Nintendo games, and I think you are underestimating some of them

i actually played a lot of them when i was younger, (you know the classic ones like Super Mario Bros 1, 3, Zelda a Link to the Past, Donkey Kong 64 and Pokemon Red, Ruby, Crystal and Fire Red, i just grew up and my tastes changed. i know that their games are great and they get consistent high scores but they are not for me anymore, i now like other games

maybe you would love Pikmin or Wind Waker HD, or maybe even MK8!! XD

i actually like Mario Kart, last december i traveled to another "state" and i stayed at a cousin home, and she had a wii with MK Wii and we played that game every day of the almost two weeks that i stayed there, its really enjoyable to play it with friends but i wouldnt play it alone to be honest, i think that game really shines with the LOCAL multiplayer, also Fuck warios stage i always fell of the rails...
