Would it be riskier than funding Bayonetta 2? I think Nintendo should do it, I at least would truly appreciate it.

I rather have them have Capcom as 1st/2nd party and tell them to make 3D/ 2D Megaman under Ninty's quality surveillance.

No, Megaman is big enough for Capcom to take care of it themselves. Same with Street Fighter really.
Nintendo has a limited amount of resources and those resources should be spent on projects that actually need the support (Bayonetta 2, Devil's Third), not to "help" lazy publishers.

Megaman Legends 3 pls
Another Battle Network/Starforce would be fine (just dont release them so often is all I ask)
An entirely new evolution on the formula would be nice too

Im ok with another MegamanX or Zero

Dont want anymore NES style ones.

They should buy the IP and hire Comcept to make them...

No. that would not benefit Nintendo in anyway. Mega Mas as a series hasnt been relevant on an Ninty system since SNES that was a while ago. let Capcom worry about their own IP or a another company that actually gotten those games on a consistent basis worry about it.

The Battle Network games actually did pretty well on the GBA, and there were quite a bit of them released. I think there is some potential for the series on a Nintendo console considering the nostalgia surrounding the older NES/SNES titles, but most likely as a 3DS title or a Wii U eShop game. I don't see a Mega Man retail game for Wii U doing that well personally.

Nintendo hates money anyway, I say fuck it, make Megaman 11-15, all of them running in Unreal 4.

I'm now filled with determination.

No. When has a Mega Man game ever sold well? Mega Man 2? One of the DS spinoffs? And those were still barely over 1m

Heyheyhey. The Battle Network series was fucking awesome.

True. And not every franchise needs to sell millions to be profitable. If that were the case, then no more Persona games or many other niche games...

If it's a 2D entry a la Mega Man 9 and 10 I don't think it needs some amazing budget, it doesn't need voice acting, or CGI/cut scenes, or online anything. Just a small simple single player game like most entrys would be a feather in their cap, and they need a lot of feathers.

And people saying that no entry ever sold millions, that's true, but many of Nintendo's own franchises fail to, you can't make every came be a 10 million seller, sometimes you really need a variety of games to appeal to as many customers as you can. Look at the older generations, it's not just the Greatest hits games that get remembered or loved, there are plenty of other games that sold well for what they were and had cult followings. I get wanting successful games, but they need to build up a list of exclusives beyond their own franchises. That goes for PS4 and One as well, whoever gets to it will have one more incentive to pickup the system if they haven't already.
