Got mine on Thursday!

The Super-Stable 3D works really well. The unit itself looks REALLY nice in white too. The only two very minor complaints I have about it are that the stylus is plastic and non-extendable rather than the metal and plastic extendable one that my metallic red 3DS uses and that you have to unscrew the back plate to get at the micro-SD card.

And it also ships with 9.0 firmware, as soon as a Homebrew media player that plays videos that isn't crippled by a ridiculous 10 minute length limit I'm jumping right on it.

One day... A game is going to come out in the US that you will want but it will take months to come out in the EU... And when that day comes, I am going to enjoy boasting every minute of it! But till then... Curse You Europeans!

What, whoah! I didn't know there was an ambassador edition coming out so soon. Does it have any benefits over a 'regular' New 3DS?

It already happened: with SMT IV. Even more, America got a special edition, europe not even a retail release, it was digital only and a lot later. At least it was priced below usual 3DS-titles.

I got an email too and have the chance to buy the amabassador edition. But I'm on the fence. I really want the New 3DS XL, so it seems unwise to get the Ambassador edition. What do you guys think? I have until monday to decide.

I ordered mine yesterday! I was on the fence because of the size (XL user here) but my friend said he'd take it if I thought it was too small, so - deal! I'm a Club Nintendo member since 2000 (back in the good old N64 days!) so I'm happy I got an email.
