Not that it really means much. I do find it interesting though since the 3DS is supposed to have way more games than the Vita or at least more games that people want to buy. But, going by VGC's numbers it seems that may not entirely be the case.

BTW Obviously this is helped by Vita's God awful hardware sales in conjuntion with the Vita's user base consisting of largely hardcore gamers. So please don't get your panties in a bunch.

The tie ratio gap between the two is probably quite large when you include digital sales (which seem to be rather high on the Vita). It's not particularly surprising though. The Vita has found quite a "hardcore" niche for itself, so naturally each of its owners buy more games. Doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things though.

More 3DS models and special editions. Almost certainly a higher percentage of unique owners among Vita sales.

Psh. I have 27 3DS games (including eShop) and it's my secondary handheld.
