Summary of the 100% facts from this:

PS4 hardware was 14.4m as of November 22nd (360k over tracked)

PS4 hardware is 18.5m as of January 3rd

PS4 software was 64m as of November 22nd (includes digital)

PS4 software is 81.8m as of January 3rd (includes digital)

There are now 10.9m PS+ subs

Interesting tidbit I saw on GAF: Around the same timeframe in their lives (variables considered), the PS3 and X360 each were at 10.4m SHIPPED, so the PS4 had pretty much sold double the PS3/X360 in the same timeframe!

Great numbers, but i am still surprised.

It feels like BF/Holydays gave it a smaller boost than expected. Maybe XO cut hurted it in US?

Well VGC has 360 at 8.0m and PS3 at 9.2m at the end of their first full years. So double both of them indeed
